Currently studying AVCE Art & Design. I discovered that Art is not just about realism but a form of expression and also the way you interpret subject or matter. Through this I have gained valuable skills which enabled me to progress in my paintings as well as sculpture. Much of my work is about expression, be it through emotion, thought and illusion. In my ceramic sculpture, rather than using the traditional form of glazing, I tend to use a rather mixed media style of painting through air brush, spray paint and ink. This allows me to be more flexible in the effect I want to create. Progressing physically and visually in Art rather than just study, will help me in my future career at Chelsea College Of Art University which I have applied to amongst Goldsmiths and Central St Martins.
