The very first reason I loved to play with art as a child was for the simple fun of it. As an adult it is still fun, but with a more mature explanation: for the passion and enjoyment of the aesthetic.

Oil Paintings
Following the flow of curves in the female body is calming and natural. A woman, much like art, can be all things; Strong, soft, sexual, calm, nurturing, masculine and feminine.Currently I use oil pastels on canvas, applying linseed oil and turpentine. I prefer using the pastels because I love to draw gestures and sometimes paintbrushes make me feel limited. I only hint body shape to suggest an emotion.
