Kakula is my description of a process of refining my love of learning and acquiring the knowledge I need to simplify my paintng process. Advances in organic chemistry have replaced most of the natural organic pigments with synthetics. It is to these vivid permanent lightfast colors....the quinacridones and perylenes and phthalos that dominant my palette.
