It is hard to characterize my work. I finally decided that "print" is the most accurate description. Although I use a computer, I do not produce photographs or digital art as commonly understood.

There are thousands of species of orchids occurring in nature. Some grow in the ground, like lady slippers. Most get their nourishment directly from the air. They attach themselves to trees, rocks or other stationary homes only for stability.
Growers have hybridized and re-hybridized the thousands of natural types into even more
thousands of crosses and variations. I don't know the taxonomy of many but when I can, I give the general type and specific name given to a particular plant.
