Justin Zink
Senior Vice President, Business Development & Corporate Strategy
Mr. Zink brings over 8 years of experience in business development and
commercial functions to the role of SVP of Business Development and
Corporate Strategy. Mr. Zink joins Eye of the Art from Hitwise.com, Inc.,
an online intelligence company. Mr. Zink co-founded and served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of
ProLoans.com, one of the first on-line mortgage companies. He began his
leadership career as a United States Military Officer where he served in
various ranks and retired as a captain. Since then, his main drive has
been business development and sales strategies of pre-IPO to IPO online
businesses. Mr. Zink holds a BSE degree in Industrial Engineering
from University of Michigan.
Clinton M. Priest
Vice President, Business Development & Technology
Mr. Priest has served as Vice President, Business Development and Technology since July 2002. He has been responsible for the development and deployment of all aspects of technology for Eye of the Art; he has also played a major role in business development and marketing for the firm. Prior to Eye of the Art, Mr. Priest was involved in several small businesses relating to computers and technology. He most recently founded and developed a small software company with several profitable software packages. All combined Mr. Priest has over 6 years of business experience, from running a successful business to developing a newly formed business idea.
Sandra Estremera-Zink, Esquire
Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Ms. Estremera-Zink has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since late May 2001. She has been instrumental in our corporate structure, business contracts, online marketing/sales law and intellectual property protection. Prior to joining us, Ms. Estremera-Zink was in private practice and served as outside counsel to various online and start-up companies. In addition, her background includes practicing Intellectual Property Law as well as working as In-House Counsel for a fortune 500 company. Ms. Estremera-Zink holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts.
Elmo
Chief Fun Officer
Elmo has served as Chief Fun Officer since Eye of the Art has been founded. He has been critical in ensuring the project has remained fun and entertaining for all. Prior to joining Eye of the Art, Elmo was taking care of the fun and entertainment for Sandy and Justin Zink. He has been a valuable asset to the team.
